After about 50 minutes of action, suddenly Sancha turns the pressure up to a new level.  It is as if she has had enough of playing and wants to end the fight quickly and brutally.

She gets Helen on her back, straddles her and then pushes her thumbs into her eyes.  The blonde screams and bucks her body to try and throw the brunette off, but Sancha rides her keeping her thumbs firmly pressed into the corners of her opponent's eyes.

Off camera you can hear somebody rattling the door of the cage and shouting that he needs to get in to help Helen (I guess this must be Jimmy)?  But the cage door must be locked, because the action in the cage goes on uninterrupted.
