To all our Verotel Signup Members:
Verotel was forced to change their method of operations in such that to comply with new Credit Card regulations to halt the growing number of fraudulent charges across the whole industry, they now require members to process through a clearing house called TICKETS CLUB.
Nothing much really changes except that we can no longer point you directly to our members area but to the new Tickets Club Interface. Once you get used to it, you will find it convinient and easy to use and access all your Verotel based paysites.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ENTER YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD AND YOU WILL BE SHOWN THE SITE YOU SIGNED UP FOR.
** Please note that customers who do not login to the TicketsClub within
48 hours of signup will be automatically refunded as of the 1st of July,
in an effort to reduce chargebacks.**
It's THAT simple.. really =)
I thought it prudent to warn you about this because the first time enountering this interface may seem daunting and "what the Frik" may be uttered..
SO, when you decide to purchase a member's pass to the site, you will be asked to access the Tickets Club interface.
NOTHING says you can't access the member's area directly but compliance rules states we're not to point you there anymore.
As with all changes, this will take some getting used to and hopefully not create an inconvinience for you.
